Uldric Wintersage

An Ostpadash native, last of a wealthy line that now appears destined to end with him. Uldric has spent much of his inheritance collecting books, scrolls, oddities, and trinkets (some legal, some less so). He's made a particular study of pre-Imperial ritual magic.
