A ghostly entity, apparently a woman, who has appeared in the depths of the Void and at the Silent Fountain. An image that appears very similar to her is part of a bas-relief at Pinnacle Gyre, which also depicts Kilpuuk the Destroyer and other figures from the stories of the Voyny Trekh Ostoshaniya; it is possible she is or is related to the Lady of Chains described therein.
What few mentions of the Tatterdemalion are recorded describe her as a guardian or warden of magical forces. There are a few references indicating that she had some sort of cult or following in pre-Imperial times that has since been eradicated.
